Total Time: 4.5+ hours. Cook Time: 4 hours
Rub down with liquid smoke and salt to dry brine for at least 30 mins. Then apply rib rub
Oven @ 275⁰ for about 2- 2 ½ hours or until the rub adheres to the meat.
Wrap meat in foil: Lay the slab meat side down. Add ¾ cup of wrap mix:. Be sure to double wrap the ribs so the bones don’t poke through the foil.
The ribs go back in for an hour to tenderize until temp is 204 - 208⁰.
Unwrap and glaze with bbq sauce. The ribs go back in for 15-20 minutes to set the glaze
