Oven BBQ Ribs

Prep

Rub down with liquid smoke and salt to dry brine for at least 30 mins. Then apply rib rub

Cooking

  1. Oven @ 275⁰ for about 2- 2 ½ hours or until the rub adheres to the meat.

  2. Wrap meat in foil: Lay the slab meat side down. Add ¾ cup of wrap mix:. Be sure to double wrap the ribs so the bones don’t poke through the foil.

  3. The ribs go back in for an hour to tenderize until temp is 204 - 208⁰.

  4. Unwrap and glaze with bbq sauce. The ribs go back in for 15-20 minutes to set the glaze
